Mr Noonan graduated from Melbourne University in Australia, majoring in geology. He has over 20 years of resource industry experience both in Australia and overseas. 

He has particular skills in mine geology, mineral resource estimation and project assessment. During his career Mr Noonan has worked in a number of underground gold and base metal mines and mining companies including Nifty, Coolgardie Mining Company, Black Swan Nickel, Stawell, Alliance Gold Mines, Callie, and Zinc Corporation. He has also had experience in exploration geology with Aberfoyle Resources.

Mr Noonan’s principal role within Indo Gold is to direct and control the drill-out of the Bhukia project and to manage the associated mineral resource estimation process.
